MDR Technology

We have studied ionized wind mechanism and developed a new Multiplex Ring Discharge Technology, which is able to generate a large amount of ionized wind.

Large amount of ionized wind can be generated by this MRD technology. The optimized ionized wind can oxidize and decompose effectively. Thus, a powerful disinfection and deodorization can be achieved.
About 3 times more ionized wind blow off by MRD Technology Corona discharge is effective for disinfection and deodorization by using ionized air emission. However, conventional electrostatic discharger was not effective enough as its volume of ionized is small.
To solve this problem, we have studied ionized wind mechanism and developed a new Multiplex Ring Discharge Technology, which is able to generate a large amount of ionized wind. This MRD Technology can generate 3 times more ionized wind comparing with conventional model, and provide high efficiency on effect.

Lab Test

Put the product body into a sealed up desiccator (around 109L), insert target testing gas up to the set up density, let the product function in room temperature, then check the gas density by using gas detector tube at 0min, 10mins, 30mins, 60mins, 120mins & 180mins respectively.

In a 25㎥ (around 6pcs tatami size) sealed-up testing area, set up the product body, let the stirring fan function and spray the bacterial solution in every 15mins, after stirring for 2mins, collect the initial (start from 0min) floating bacteria from the testing area. After that, collect the floating bacteria in every specific time and measure the no. of floating bacteria.

In a sealed-up testing box (around 9L), insert the product body and virus solution (add 2mL onto a Φ6mm laboratory dish), let the product function and storage it in room temperature, measure the infection value after 24 hours.
